Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: JV Solutions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged/Lost Items: V Solutions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Return Policy
Return Period: We accept returns within 7 days of the receipt date.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
Return Process: To return an item, please email customer service at jvaldez@jvsolutions.us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the item is received and inspected.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Shipping: You may cancel an order before it is shipped for a full refund. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
